Privacy Policy

The privacy and security of your personal data are and will always be of utmost importance to the Trucks Control group. Therefore, we would like to transparently demonstrate how and why we collect, store, share, and use your personal data – as well as define the controls and options you can use to share your personal data.

This Policy defines the essential details regarding your personal data list, and applies to all services and purchases made with the Trucks Control group. The terms and conditions governing the services received and purchases made are defined in the Invoice Request at the time of purchase.

Occasionally we may develop new services or offer additional services. If the introduction of such new or additional services results in any material change in the way we collect or process your personal data, we will provide you with additional information, terms or policies. Except as otherwise indicated when new or additional services are introduced, they will be subject to this Policy.

The objective of this Policy is:

DESCRIPTION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED:

Customer Data

These are the personal data provided by you or collected by companies belonging to the Trucks Control group to allow you to purchase or contract services. This personal data may include your name, copies of your CPF/RG/Driver's License, email, birth certificate, marital status, type of residence, education level, spouse's CPF/RG, marriage certificate, home and business phone numbers, mobile phone number, date of birth, profession, gender, credit or debit card, bank details, professional association, expiration date and certain digits of your card number, income, business references, postal code, vehicle registration document (DUT), vehicle license plate, fleet list, insurance policy, and data on which company(ies) you are affiliated with.

Usage Data

These are the personal data collected about you when you access and/or use the Trucks Control group services, namely: Information about your Service and Purchase plan type. Biometrics, when registering in the tracking software to use its available functionalities, when acquired by the client; Information about your interactions with the Trucks Control group services, such as your location (including date, time, longitude and latitude), image, service history, browsing history and interactions with the Trucks Control group services, details of the use of third-party applications in connection with the Trucks Control group services, such as mirroring to third parties for access to the tracking system and information. Voice/Telephone Recording Data; Some technical personal data, which may include: (1) URL information; (2) online identifiers, including cookie data and IP addresses, Logs; (3) information about the types of devices you use, such as device IDs, network connection type (e.g., Wi-Fi, 3G, LTE, Bluetooth), provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, information for digital rights management, operating system and Trucks Control Group application version; (4) your location may be detected or inferred from certain technical data (e.g., your IP address, your device's language setting) to meet the geographic requirements of our licensing agreements and to provide personalized content and advertising; and (5) mobile sensor data generated by movement or orientation (e.g., accelerometer or gyroscope) necessary to provide you with specific features of Trucks Control Group services.

If you choose to pay for a service or feature via invoice, we may receive data from our payment partners for sending invoices, processing your payment, and providing the purchased products and services.

Publicly available information

Personal data is not made publicly available by Trucks Control group companies, except with the client's own authorization.

Personal data that you can choose to share

The personal data listed below will only be shared with the recipient categories indicated in the table below, if:

If you choose to use a specific feature of the Trucks Control group services to share specific personal information and data, you will need to make proper use of the tracking service features available in the software; or

Grant us your permission to share your personal data.

Third-party applications and devices connected to your account

If you make your account available to a third-party application and/or device(s), such as tracking information for third-party control, like third-party tracking cell platforms and services through applications integrated with Trucks Control group services, technical data will be shared with the operator of that third-party application and/or device to connect your account and/or facilitate the playback and access to Trucks Control group services. Regarding certain third parties who may request or require us to share your information with them, your authorization will be requested before we provide any information to said third parties.

Your Shippers

There may be occasions when you wish us to share information about your use of, or even access to, your Service with other users of Trucks Control group services. For example, a shipper who contracts your freight services.
